Test your Windows-system to see if it's capable of high quality (retro) 2D gaming with this CPU-focused benchmark. Scores over 1000 means it definitely is.

This should be a decent test for (emulated) 2D arcade games, where raw pixel throughput usually matters most. Its scoring system rewards stable high frame rates (> 60 fps) which also indirectly reflects how good a GPU is at handling basic 2D functions.
